Character Bio

The vigilante calling himself "Arsenal of Justice" was a PPD swat member that snapped after a foiled bank robbery. During the robbery attempt a group of metahuman villains were wreaking havok on Talos Island and his team was sent in to assist the PPD on site, when a group of young reckless heroes came to help out. In the ensuing battle and the chaos it brought much of the immediate area was destroyed and many lives were lost, among them were innocent civilians these "heroes" claim to care so much about. Seeing the devastation left in the wake of this battle, The lone survivor of that swat team wandered away from the scene angry, confused, and ultimately disillusioned in the hero community. He's decided to take to the streets using only his years of training and the cunning and guile that comes from years of experience to protect the people not only from evil, but these "heroes" as well.
