During an experiment with a deep emersion virtual reality suit a catastrophic overload in the computer core sent massive amounts of energy into Ies body. Some of the effects of the accident is that he can hurl energy blasts and has blue glowing eyes.He has always been good with computers and electronics, so he builds any gadgets he need. After the accident he was dismissed from the company, whereupon he took it upon himself to keep Paragons Citys streets safe from criminals and other miscreants.
