Special Agent "Torrid" Tori was brought in to investigate a rash of forest fires
spreading throughout Perez Park. It turned out that the blazes were due to a
fun-loving interdimensional visitor who didn't understand that fires are
dangerous to humans. Torrid befriended this naive spirit, and together they
joined forces to defeat the archvillains of Paragon City and beyond.d
