Character Bio

In a small village in Africa, there exists a snake the locals call the century asp because it's only seen about once every couple hundred years. This asp excretes a toxin through its skin. Anyone that ingests this toxin either dies immediately, is driven insane till their mind snaps or gains godlike powers. 

During a stint with the Peace Corps, Corbin Phillips did not mean to ingest this poison. The asp crawled into his bed one cold night. Half awake, half dreaming, he thought it was his lover and licked the asp. Well, he didn't die. The rest remains to be seen.

Later, he donned the mantle of Asp Licker to fight evil and poor interior design choices everywhere besides his partner, both domestic and crime fighting, Dick Nixon Licker, who gained his powers from licking the ex-president during a wild night of debauchery. (Don't ask. We won't tell.)
