On a scale from 1 to 10, Natasha Darling was always a 12. At first, she became a model, then a super-model, then a diva, then a bitch. Natural progression.

When her mutant power to exceed her body's physical limitations manifested, it was just one more way for her to get what she wanted. 

For short bursts, she can look better, scream louder, jump farther, run faster, lift more or survive horrendous accidents. Can she bench press a car? No. But she could pull a tree out of the ground and beat someone with it. However, eventually, the tree will get too heavy and she'll have to drop it.
