Character Bio

Rick Davis was born Eugene Goldstein in Brooklyn, NY, in 1919. By his thirties, he had moved to Hollywood, changed his name and become an actor. He was most well known for his role in a 1950s sci-fi TV serial "Captain Asteroid and the Fighting Space Legion".

The show was cancelled when its star was reported killed in a freak accident on the sound stage. Well, he's here to tell everyone that he didn't die. But the new type of camera that was supposed to transmit his image instantly around the world, somehow transmitted him instead. He's been bouncing around for a while now. ("How long have I been gone?") 

Ok, he's back. He's stuck in black and white, cannot change his clothes or even take off the helmet, but he now has all the powers of Captain Asteroid for real! He also can't die, doesn't age and apparently doesn't need to eat or sleep!
