Project Blood Tide Timeline:
23-11-04 - Blood Drive begins. "Donations" are also accepted from Heroes.
17-02-05 - Phase 1 complete: 150 liters of Mu blood collected and stored
06-05-05 - 30 subjects are 'volunteered' for Project.
15-05-05 - Phase 2 complete: All 20 subjects' blood completely replaced with Mu blood
20-05-05 - 17 subjects die in power activation rituals
16-06-05 - Subject 16's limbs successfully replaced with cybernetic parts after mystical lightning literally blew off previous, organic limbs
05-09-05 - Subject 16 chooses name "Sideflash" after one of the possible methods of lightning strike. Subject unleashed on Paragon City.
31-10-05 - Sideflash reclaimed from Zig. Further training in Power use is clearly needed. Recommend Rogue Isles as training ground.

Scirocco's Notes: I admit, sending him to Paragon was a bit hasty. I am confident this project will continue to produce results like Sideflash, thus enabling the creation of an army of synthetic Mu mystics to combat the Circle.
