Character Bio

Vince Franks was a fireman for Paragon City, with a beautiful wife and a newborn son. His life was on the way up, a promotion to Fire Chief was coming soon and his home life was just about perfect. Until the day the call came in...there was a 4 alarm blaze in an apartment building in Steel Canyon set by the Hellions. Vince was on site with his crew, but the Hellions were blocking his way, until Deadman75 arrived. With guns blazing DM75 cleared a path for vince to rescue his men and the last of the citizens trapped inside. Then the unthinkable happened, a backdraft hit and his men were incinerated. Vince was badly burned over 95% of his body and his face was mostly burned away. The blaze and the stress of his near death experience triggered his latent mutant abilities, unable to face his wife and son Vince has dedicated his life to burning the scum out of his beloved city once and for all. Wearing Armor Crafted by Deadman45 to harness his power and protect him, he sets out to do just that!
