Character Bio

Once an average memeber of the Hellions Vhiktor was abducted by Crey Industries and implanted with an experimental mind controll chip. It worked well, turning him into Crey's willing slave until he had a run-in with a Clockwork. The electrical blast altered the chip in such a way that instead of controlling his mind it allowed him to Dominate the minds of others. It also cause a kind of 'short-circuit' in his brain that unlocked a latent Psychic power that he has harnesed into a weapon. He fled to Rogue Isles and swears revenge against Crey.
