Character Bio

Son of a Lakotan Shaman, Michael Redcloud found himself stranded in the harsh of a North Dakota winter.  Desparate to surive he turned to the "Old Ways" taught to him by his father.  His desparate hope was rewarded.  He was visited in the chill of the night by a Dancing Wolf in his dreams.  The Wolf took pity on him and granted him the ability to communicate with his mortal kin and other predatory animals as well as the ability to survive the cold snows with a limited power over the element of fire.  Being the Trixster that he is, the Wolf branded his chest with his likeness and forbade Michael to cover it, lest he lose the abilities and perish.  Michael, calling himself Dancing Wolf in honor of his benefactor, has turned to a live of servitude toward mankind.  His quest to enlighten his wayward people brings him to Paragon City and a life of crimefighting!
