Character Bio
A daughter of the Tsoo, Megumi has no Special powers of her own. Forbidden to take part in the magical tatoos the Tsoo use to enhance their already incredible Martial Arts skill. She has trained with any Matial Arts Master that would teach her. She returned to Paragon City with hopes to prove herself to the elders of the Tsoo. She was captured trying to rob a bank to finance her quest, by none other than the Freedom Phalanx who just happened to be passing by. She was sentanced to 10 years in the Zig for armed robbery due to her impressive martial arts. BREAK OUT!
