Character Bio

Francis grew up in Overbrook. When the rebuilding effort was started a strange cocoon of rock was found under a some debris. When they finally cracked it open. Francis was freed. Somehow she was trapped under a pile of dirt during one of the earthquakes. Well fortunately for her some radioactive waste seeped through the ground and soaked into her skin, irreversably changing her. After months of rehabilitation and physical therapy she was given a "clean" bill of health. During her healing she found that she now has super-powers. Along with eminating radiation from her body, rocks and dirt seem to be drawn to her, even obey her command. She is constantly covered in a thick layer of dirt, she has since completely given up on wearing real clothes. They will only be ruined by the dirt.
