Character Bio

Real Name: John David Schmidt IV (goes by David) Former Texas Ranger, involved in a horrible train collision resulting in the amputation of both arms, just below his elbows, and both legs, just below the knees. The Crey Foundation in accosiation with a Prosthetics for Veterens Charity, provided the doctor and the prosthetics for David. However whether by accident or design it produced a side effect. His body produces a tremendous amout of static eletricity. With all the attention from his accident and new powers, the Media was interfering with him "just being a cop". The Texas Rangers assigned him to desk duty, concetrating on public relations. He moved to Paragon where he could be just another hero. After joining Star Patrol they offered to provide him new accesories which would increase the voltage output that allow him to power a highly advanced Beam rifle.
