Character Bio

Hidden under Dark Astoria at his Evermoor Facility, the mad Dr. Serpentes bred his would-be minions, mixes of human and animal DNA that he then subjected to torturous augmentation and experimentation to try and boost their powers. Sajja, created from reptilian DNA, was placed in Project Spartan where he was subjected to a brutal regimen of training and indoctrination, destined to be a shock trooper for the mad doctor. Partway through, he was moved to Project Thoth when a fresh test subject was needed, under the cruel care of Dr. Izivin, one of Dr. Serpentes' top henchmen. There, he was subjected to mystical tortures to infuse him with an electrical gremlin captured in Cap-Au-Diable, just to see what would happen. The process proved more successful than anticipated, but there wasn't time to study the results as soon after problems with Project Ascend led to a breakout by Project Spartan's subjects, and Sajja was all-too-eager to rejoin his brethren and help them fight their way to Paragon City's streets.
