Character Bio

The Star-Knight Project was doomed to failure from the beginning. Supposedly the result of a meeting between a Japanese technology firm, an American defense contractor, and enough alcohol to make the cast of Jersey Shore tolerable; the Star-Knights were supposed to be a team of heroes that would act as a latter-day incarnation of the First Hero Brigade strike teams that fought in the Second World War.

It didn't work out. Poor communication between the two companies led to the prototype suit, codenamed Star-Knight Red, resembling something out of the tokusatsu genre. Combined with the budgetary pinch that both sides were feeling, it was enough to end the Star-Knight project before it truly began. The armor itself was sold as military surplus, eventually making it into the hands of its current wearer: a college dropout named Mike Kennison who saw it on eBay for twenty bucks and figured it would be good for a laugh.

But as Mike soon learned, the armor worked even better than it was originally intended to...
