Character Bio

The Thistle was a scientist called Alfred Deacon before a carelessly spilt vial changed everything for him.
Always rather disgruntled with his life it didn't take long for him to see that crime and evil was an easier path for him as his new abilities began to emerge.
He has been banned from family gatherings, his mother stating that he is a bad influence on his younger relations; but he keeps in touch with his parents by phone and he still catches a coffee with his brother now and then. Alfred finds some of the realities of being part plant rather urksome- the requirement for a damp bed, the soil chair and the attraction to rotted fish for example, but the strength and super powers more than make up for that. Altogether a pretty contented guy for a super villain.
