Character Bio

Vermillion Hawk is a former Longbow agent named Riley Cooke. Lieutenant Cooke was part of the Longbow's Spec Ops division, stationed to Praetoria, disguised as a member of the Resistance. She was very successful there, keeping an eye on Cole's empire, and the shifty Resistance that fights him.

She was recalled when the Resistance sent her to First Ward to help with the issues there. Longbow did not want to risk her falling victim to the problems there, especially when heroes were openly invited to the place. She came home and was deployed to Skyway when the Praetorians invaded it shortly after. She helped Vanguard units there, and sided with them when her commander, who hated Vanguard with a passion for the villains they hire, tried to order her squad to force the Vanguard out of the area.

She was later framed and court marshalled for the murder of suspects Longbow wanted brought in. She happily left Longbow to seek to clear her name.
