From KPGN 10:00 News: In mid-October of 2002, sporadic reports began to circulate in the rumor mill and various on-line journals of an individual in simple black and white combat armor carrying a high-tech rifle and an array of paramilitary gear calling themselves a Tech-Knight. Subsequent reports of an entire squad of these "Tech Knights" patrolling the streets began to surface.

New heroes (or villains) are not an unusual sight in Paragon City, the reports of the Tech Knights activities soon made it clear they were more heroic than villainous. No one has come forward to speak for the group, and none of the Tech Knights have (as yet) given any public interviews. More as it happens. Now a look a the weather...
