Character Bio

Velki is a woman by the name of Andrea Caldwell, who up until recently, was nothing more than a waitress at a local high-end restaurant. She was spending a Saturday at a museum when a villain using shadow power raided the place to steal the artifacts kept there. A very powerful magic hero came to stop the robbery, and used a spell to disperse the darkness that the villain used.

The spell worked, and the villain was defeated, but some of the dispelled darkness found its way into Andrea. It almost overcame her, but she showed willpower beyond what could be expected of a waitress. The darkness was absorbed by her spirit, which it was trying to destroy. It became a part of her. It effected how she acted and her view of life, but she refused to let it rule her. She decided to become a hero to make the most of a bad situation.
