Character Bio

Born to the warrior King and Queen of Atlantita (La Ciudad del Oceano en donde Los Pescados Nadan a Travas sin El Miedo de la Represalia) off the coast of Baja Mexico, Pepe trained in the art of combat his whole life. Learning the art of manipulating the water in which he grew up, he occasionally would venture to the surface world for cheap tacos and churros from roadside stands, a delicacy to the Atlantitan. Growing a moustache to fit in with the locals, Pepe began working minor "miracles" in the water for fishermen to earn enough to satisfy his cravings for carne asada, earning him the nickname of Senor Agua. Surviving on the surface for longer and longer visits helped him perfect the skill of pulling water out of the air to both replenish him and to attack his foes. Today, Senor Agua fights in Paragon City, this time for his new obsession: JUSTICE.
