Character Bio

During her time as a mercenary in the Knives of Artemis, Piper was cold, determined, and ruthless. Whatever the job called for, she would do it in a heartbeat. Many innocent lives were cut short because of her. In the Knives, she was known only by her designation as the ninth member of the 10-woman "Ceres" team.

Ceres Nine had no plans to change her way of life, right up to the events in Dark Astoria. But there, she was captured and forced into the Knives of Vengeance, where she unquestioningly slaughtered all the 'oathbreakers' she came across.

As Mot grew stronger, and the supers got together to fight it, she knew that her masters would be the final victors. But that didn't stop the Pantheon from trying  to kill her. While she didn't die in the fight, she was weakened so much that Mot consumed her.

Luckily for her, the supers weakened Mot enough to allow her to escape, free of the Furies. The whole event was so harrowing to her, that she silently vowed to atone for her past actions, in both Knives.
