Sebastion  Torres: The Human Marvel. The natural human body produces a small amount of energy within itself in the day to day operations of the nervous system: In Sebastion, the energy is ten thousand fold the normal levels.

He learned to reroute some of his natural electrical impulses into a sort of shield to protect himself from harm, and can channel the raw energy of his body into supercharged power punches. His talents come at a cost: the energy generted takes a tremendous toll on his body. He was begged to pursue treatment generously offered by a nearby Crey clinic, but refused. If he had this power, power that made him a human marvel, should he not use it for the greater good? What is the value of a long life of insignificance, when he could save the lives of many?

So he came to Paragon, to use his power to save all he could...before his energy runs dry.
