Kim spent some time as a girlfriend of a higher-ranking Skulls member in Paragon City. But her real goal was to get access to some the dark tomes and artifacts that gave them their powers. After her dabbling was dark magic was discovered, the Skulls nearly killed her for stepping outside her role as a one of the gang's girls. Now, she seeks to build her own gang in the Rogue Isles and show the Skulls and allied gangs what real power is....
