For all that Cole's World Order gave people everything they thought they wanted. For Tylee Zhu, he and Hamidon took one of the only things that she wanted. The cultured and tended gardens and parks failed to give her the sense of home she craved. Drifting along in the shadow of her best friend Daphne Heller's fame, Tylee withdrew from social life and into the realms of books under the occasional tree.

She only came with Daphne to her signing because the blonde asked, expecting a few boring hours along the walls. When the Syndicate showed up, Ty didn't think and just ran toward her friend and got her behind an anchiet Greco-Roman jewelery display. When it was shattered by gunfire, a silver crescent moon necklace tumbled onto her hand and filled her with the voice of the Goddess Artemis, calling her priestess into service once more.

There was, however, a slight catch in the deal concerning her intended partner...
