Not much is known about this adorable anarchist, save for the fact that she is female, just over five feet tall, and of Asian descent. There have been rumors of a villain using the same name wreaking havoc in Paragon City for years, but this JAPANARCHY! has been sighted foiling crimes. Confused, the PPD have allowed her to continue without bothering her as long as she doesn't bother them.
