LostConn2Mapsvr -- short for "Lost Connection To Map Server" -- was formed by the cursing of loyal, paying customers of CoH whose avatars of justice experience frequent bouts of continuous disconnects from Paragon City & the surrounding environs.

Since this message frequently appears over his head, when he experiences a loss of communication from his user, he looks up & sees this text thus leading him to believe that his user has entitled him thusly.

Someday he must try & find his user.
