Character Bio

Grace Babineaux is a woman who lives between two worlds - the world of the dreaming and the world of the awake. At age 16, she sat at her grandmother's bedside while she told Grace an amazing story. Their family had in its possession a magic talisman that could make dreams manifest. Grace asked her grandmother why no one in the family ever used it to better their lives or the world around them. "It comes with a big cost," is all she would say. When her grandmother passed on, Grace received the talisman, and was determined not to let it go to waste. She quickly discovered the cost of which her grandmother spoke - Grace must live in a liminal state, being neither fully awake nor fully asleep.
