Character Bio

Born in Cairo, Egypt, Marcus O'Neal's father was a US trained Egyptian SpecOps Anti-Terrorist, his mother, a US Army Intel Officer.

Marcus spent the first decade of his life living in Egypt where he discovered a lost temple to the Egyptian God, Khonsu. He began learning about the God of the Moon; however, he cut his studies short after his dad died in a terrorist raid.

He returned with his mother to the US where he would eventually graduate from West Point. He served as a Delta Force Operator until wounded outside of Cairo. Lost and grievously wounded; O'Neal found himself in the very temple he discovered years earlier.

During the full moon, Khonsu appeared to O'Neal, offered to heal him and grant him with special powers if he would serve to fight for the innocent as his Knight. 

O'Neal accepted and Khonsu?s Knight was born. He returned to resign his commission, moved to Paragon City joining his Foreshadow, to serve his patron and fulfill what he believes is his destiny.?
