A reanimated corpse found in the sewers underneath Mercy Island.  An errant bolt of a villain's energy blast recharged the embedded capacitors just enough to reanimate the body.  Insufficient power levels and lack of access to installed internal memory cores prevent the use of much power, but it is alive. And angry.
