Frostshadow is a mutant who can psionically access the extra-dimensional energies from the cold and dark depths of the Netherworld, which grants him a number of superhuman abilities.

Not much is known about him. Frostshadow himself believes that his true mutant power is a psychic link to his twin brother, a connection which was maintained when his brother died. It supposedly made Frostshadow a nexus point for the dark energies from the Netherworld, and even allows him to summon his brother's spirit as his Dark Servant for short periods of time.

Under the further tutelage of this Servant, Frostshadow has learned to magically harness the powers of Dark Mastery. He uses it to combat the forces of Evil, and has vowed to one day free his brother's soul.

Frostshadow is considered a mildly psychotic hero by the press. It should also be noted that his FBSA-file states he never had a brother in the first place. The true nature of the Dark Servant remains unknown.
