The entity known as "Code Freeze" was first encountered by Vanguard when a team approached Levantera inquiring about Vanguard resources.

Subsequent scans revealed that one of the team members was not what he appeared to be. We have analyzed all available records to determine the nature of this entity, should it return.

Code Freeze appears to be a holographic projection, most likely created by the vigilante known as Debugger. Its energy signature matches that of the specialized equipment that Debugger uses to generate cold and energy fields.

In combat, Code Freeze uses cold and ice based powers similar to those created by Debugger's devices. It's possible that Code Freeze may simply be a holographic decoy, or it may be projected by a hidden device also capable of creating those effects.

In any event, its AI is quite sophisticated and it should be regarded as potentially dangerous.
