Character Bio

Jonathan Powers gave little thought to his family's history of heroism until the Rikti War. He was too young to fight in the War himself, but the Powers family fought in many key battles, including the final push in Paragon City. When the fighting ended at last, Jonathan was an orphan, his entire family fallen in battle.

As the sole surviving Powers, Jonathan is heir to the artifacts, devices, and weapons his family used in battle. His father's magic sword, an energy shield developed by his mother, an uncle's flight pack...objects are still being unearthed across the city, all reminders of how much he had lost.

When the Rikti returned, that changed. Jonathan could not bear the thought that all those sacrifices had been in vain, and his inheritance affords him a chance to fight back. He has taken up his legacy, and with it, the mantle of a hero.
