Character Bio

Michael Ball was born a mutant, but not one who exhibited extraordinary powers. He suffered from a genetic immune deficiency that confined him to life in a plastic bubble to avoid infection. Medical research marches on, however, and a treatment was developed that would allow Michael to live a normal life.

Unfortunately, upon exiting his bubble for the first time, he discovered that he had developed acute agoraphobia--so acute, in fact that it triggered another mutation that had lain dormant all his life. Desperate for the reassuring confines of his bubble, he projected a force field around himself.

Now he means to overcome his fears. With his medication tucked in his belt and the comfort of a bubble only a thought away, he has set out to explore Paragon City. Especially the bits indoors.

OOC: The purpose of this character is to obtain as many exploration badges as a L1 character can reach unassisted without ever gaining any experience points.
