Character Bio

Some say he's descendend from Vlad III, others say Grigori Rasputin. Still others say he's related to Mr. Bocor. A few even believe that he just *is*. The man known simply as "Welker" is a complete enigma. Nobody at the Zig remembers the day when he became a member of the population, and this is a man not easy to forget. Those who encounter him say he eminates a slight odor--one of death. It's quite likely that Welker would have escaped the Zig on his own, if he so wished. It's said that he had tried to do so at least once but was caught, perhaps on purpose. What Arachnos wants with him is anyone's guess.
