Character Bio

Chuck Bell, test pilot. By all rights, he should be dead. His body endured massive trauma after bailing out at low altitude. But like Major Steve Austin, he was rebuilt. Unlike Maj. Austin, Chuck didn't gain super hearing or super strength but instead he can project sonics and ice. The ice hadn't been planned, some attribute it to his routinely being at high altitudes. As for super speed, only time will tell.
