Hailing from Belle Chase, Louisiana, Marie Roux graduated from LSU with a degree in Nuclear Engineering. She subsequently developed equipment capable of emitting controlled amounts of radiation and took the name "Delta-Ray". This caught the attention of Positron, who contacted her between guiding task forces. Now here she is on the streets of Paragon City.
