Character Bio

Chin Chu Roger Moon, ex-prizefighter. He turned to the squared circle as a
teenager; it was a way to cope with being ostracized by his peers. They
thought him to be an ordinary teen with Goth leanings but he's more than that.
He has a mutation which enables him to tap into the underworld. He always tried
to keep his mutation hidden but eventually it was discovered and he ended up
being banned by the International Boxing Federation. The IBF felt that it gave
him an edge.

Moon now does his boxing on the streets of Paragon City and doesn't miss
being in the arenas one bit.
