Character Bio

Born on an Army base in Germany, Howie Sparks was a mild-mannered electrical engineer when he stumbled upon a way to design a portable generator capable of throwing around massive voltage. After years of development, he was able to miniturize the generator and incorporate it into the suit of armor you see here. He's not finished yet though, he's working on a propulsion system that will allow him to fly!
