Character Bio

The assassin known as Lin-Kuei was sent to Paragon City to take out a Tsoo boss. Before he could complete the mission, the Tsoo base was attacked by heroes from the Supergroup Heirs of Talos. Since none of the heroes or police on the scene spoke chinese, the talented young assassin was ironically mistaken for a Tsoo and placed in the Zig with his enemies. Freed during the Arachnos breakout, he takes jobs in the Rogue Isles doing the only job he knows. He has joined the Bane of Talos for revenge on the heroes who wronged him.
