Allura was trained in firearms from the tender age of 12: her big bros were military & weapon-trained her from small pistols thru sniper rifles, tasers and other armaments.  Bright and beautiful, she received many scholarships and selected the best of the lot.  In college she majored in physics, specializing in application of electricity, & pursued further in stunning effects of electrical forces applied to the human body.  With her best friend, she designed & engineered a suit of armor  that delivered various electrical charge types against foes both human and non. Combining the suit w/ her firearms training, she joined the neverending quest of heroes in Paragon City to punish evil whenever she could, and became Alluring Arsenal!
