Character Bio

Lacey Taylor was born with a unique, and unfortunate, mutant ability. She could force people to feel sick, depressed, or afraid. No matter the state of their mind or body, she could make them feel like they were at death's doorstep with some horrible sickness, or make them wish to end their own lives.

Her parents tried their best to raise their little girl, and teach her never to use her powers. It worked for a long time. Until she was a teenager. Like any teen, she got into arguments with her parents. One particular fight made her lose control, and use her powers on her parents. Though it only lasted a few minutes, she effectively broke their minds. They were admitted to a Paragon City mental ward, while Lacey fled to the Isles.

Years later, her powers have evolved into the ability to force her foes to see her as a nightmare, while she drains their will, and forces them to feel nothing but pure despair. She assaults their very minds with their own fears.
