Character Bio

Having superheroes for parents is not as fun as one might expect. While they were off saving the world, Matthew Dakota spent most of his time on the reservation with his grandfather. Despite only being 1/4 Sioux, he grew quite attached to their customs and traditions.

It was during those visits that his talent manifested. At first, they thought he was simply adept with machines. It seemed that Matthew could know exactly what a computer was doing just by looking at it. After some time, he was able to not only understand, but to reprogram them with a mere thought. It was this that earned him the nickname "Codewalker", literally, he who walks in the code.

Today he uses his abilities to fight crime with a veritable army of electronic drones at his disposal.

Recently, Codewalker's power seems to have extended beyond the digital world, altering the fabric of time and space itself. A few have conjectured that this may be a sign of the reality of Paragon City being itself a simulation, but that's just crazy
