He's just a simple guy with a calling. Born in Baumton, Paragon, his life changed with the attack from the RIkti. Those events set him on a path of fear and determination to chase the truth about them and other mysteries. That was his calling, exposing the conspiracies of the city.

He isn't powered, or even particularly magically touched. He's just a guy with gadgets and the clever mind and an earnest passion to protect his friends and loved ones, despite the fact he's terrified.
