Sometimes, an Angel recognizes within themself a state of imperfect harmony with Divine Will.  Rather than put their effectiveness at their Calling in jeapordy, such an individual may instead choose to enter a period of voluntary exile, to refocus and rededicate themself.

Not quite Fallen, but still isolated from the Host, the Cherubim calling herself Bianca Eden (an obvious alias, to protect her True Name, a source of profound influence over her in the wrong hands) dwells now among the mortals of Paragon City.  A Guardian Angel by Calling, she has decided to study the methods of those Humans with occupations most like hers, and has joined the Paragon Police Department.  She has exchanged her flaming sword for the more traditional weapons of her new trade.

Most of her coworkers think she's just an eccentric mutant or mystic, but overlook her (allegedly) delusional behavior in favor of her extraordinary talents.
