Parker Peterson is a shy, intelligent high school student who lived in Galaxy City.

On a science field trip to Crey Industries, Parker was accidentally exposed to a rogue swarm of millions of psychotropic nanomachines, which travelled with the blood supply to the brain and colonized the brain stem, cerebellum, and cerebrum. These nanomachines were programmed to analyze the structure of the brain at a cellular level and find ways to improve the design, i.e. a forced evolution of the brain. These colonies of nanomachines created new neural pathways and better synapses, granting him a Level 12 Intelligence, resulting in superhuman calculation skills, amazing memory and exceptional technical knowledge.

When the Shivan meteor shower hit his neighborhood, Parker realised the city could use another hero. Now he protects Paragon City against crime and corruption as... Kid Prodigy!
