Character Bio

Cecilia Turner, daughter of Australian geneticists Doctors Charles and Katherine Turner, was inadvertantly exposed to a mutagen her parents had derived from the DNA of the daikaiju known as King Caesar. The mutagen transformed her into a massive and powerful hermaphrodite creature commonly known around the lab as a "ChaKat," from a contraction of its creators' names (though it stopped short of the original goal, a centauroid body shape).
The already insecure, oft-neglected child became even more withdrawn and emo after the accident. Shi practically begged hir parents to send hir to Paragon City, where at least shi wouldn't seem quite so strange... and shi wouldn't have to put up with them fussing over "their experiment" any longer, for as far as shi was concerned, that's all shi was to them now....
