Professor Bernadette Washington-Chisholm was the popular Dean of Robotics and Engineering at MIT when her world was torn apart by a crazed student gunman. The attack left her scarred, and both of her arms and her left leg had to be amputated. Thru her own background in technology, as well as assistance from friends and students, she was able to craft cybernetic replacements. She has spent the last 3 years working in Paragon City, recovering and battling her inner demons. Thru her time here, she has built many friendships, most notably her husband, Shadowhart. After perfecting many of her para-military designs, her government contract has been fulfilled and she can work on her personal pet project: a powersuit that will make her near indestructable. Villains beware: it is time for the Professor to play.
