Character Bio

A male widow. I was as suprised as you are.

I had volunteered to arachnos, in hopes that I could support myself and my new wife. When I was inducted into the widows' branch, I was surpised. And again when I recieved preferential treatment from my commanding seer.
Fool that I was, I did not question it. When my wife vanished, then turned up dead, I was devestated. I put my life into my work, and was repaid with a promotion, despite my lack of psychic abilities. My commanding seer gave me special attention, and I confess, our relationship grew deeper. My investigation into my wife's murder finally gave clear results: my commanding seer had orchestrated it all.

It seems obvious in retrospect: I confronted her, attacked her. Yet she confessed easily. She had foreseen a pairing between us- she had played fate to bring that vision into existence. Furious, I inflicted one final wound upon her. I will not forget her final, forlorn smile.

What I loved has died. I am a widower, a viduate of this life.
