Do you feel it, in your bones?

The coming of autumn, the withering of life. All that grows of the earth will perish. I feel it all, its numb dying, and it brings me a sad joy. The end. All that is fades in time. The mother we tread calls to me...

While the forest and stone follow her bidding, much of this world resists, seeks to live on past its time. I do as she says. Some must be given their end, and be taken back into the earth.

This is my calling. The weak that struggle on must join with the mother we tread. Nature must have her way.
