Neal Burke, was once a white collar criminal, who pulled many cons & thefts on rich families..that didn't really need the money. That & mainly because he liked the rush, it gave him.

The suit that you see on him, he stole from a Vanguard research facility. It gives the user, the ability to protect themselves with a powerful energy aura. While also creating energy blades..for offensive purposes.

The day the meteors hit Galaxy City, Neal, was meeting a buyer for the suit. However the buyers got hit by a meteor & to save himself, Neal, put on the suit. 

Once Galaxy City was secure, he made his way to Atlas Park. With a new look on life, he made his way up the steps to, Ms. Liberty. Where she asked, "What is your name hero?". Smiling he simply replied back, "I'm Krotopia..".
